Insurance for Therapy/Counseling
The Well is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and Aetna/State Health Plan. We are working to receive approval with other insurance companies as well as Medicare/Medicaid.

Self-Pay for Therapy/Counseling, Spiritual Direction, & Life Coaching
The Well accepts self-pay clients. Costs for services vary depending on the service and the level of specialization of the practitioner. Send us an inquiry to learn more about pricing for services!

Affordable Care & Sliding Scale Pay for Therapy/Counseling, Spiritual Direction, & Life Coaching
The Well is committed to making care affordable. We accept self-pay clients on a sliding scale basis. We receive applications for our Covered Care Program for full financial assistance. We also offer free care with supervised therapy interns.
The Mental & Spiritual Care Fund
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit practice, The Well is committed to making care accessible and affordable. One of our approaches to that is through grant funding and through the generosity of donors.
Money granted/given to this fund goes directly to offset the cost of therapy, counseling, spiritual direction, or life coaching for those who otherwise would not be able to afford it.
