The Well launched in 2024 with one mission: to create pathways toward healing and wholeness in the community by offering accessible and affordable mental and spiritual care. One of our primary strategies to accomplish this mission is partnering with churches.
The Well can support your church’s mission.
We’ve learned that the best part about connecting local congregations with The Well is this is a mutually fruitful relationship. Partnership with The Well means supporting The Well’s mission… but it also means supporting the mission of the church, too.
Welcome to Living Water Partnerships: intentionally cultivated relationships between local congregations and The Well Mental and Spiritual Care.
A Living Water Partnership will infuse the DNA of The Well in the mission of your congregation, leading to greater health and growth both within the walls of your church and in the community of your parish. The Well’s values of healing & wholeness, accessibility of care, social justice & equity, and belonging will offer new pathways in your church toward engagement, care, and connection.
Living Water Partnerships function as an annual subscription. Each tier of the subscription offers different levels of engagement with services and experiences The Well offers.
Partnership Tiers
Tier 1

After filling out a brief online form, clergy and/or church staff can receive personalized referrals for therapy, spiritual direction, or life coaching services in 2 business days or less. Referrals may be with practitioners at The Well or from our network of referral.
These referrals can be for church or community members, or clergy/staff themselves.

Clergy or staff receive three spiritual direction sessions covered in this tier.
These sessions can be utilized for one person or for three . This is meant to serve as an introduction to spiritual direction.

This tier includes 3 trauma-informed organizational systems consultations with a PhD-level trauma therapist & life coach.
These sessions focus on building healthy culture in churches among staff and leadership, using evidence-based systems/modalities.

At your invitation, members of our team would join your church in worship one Sunday and can include:
-a brief presentation during worship
-a sermon, weaving in the importance of mental & spiritual health
-opportunities to meet potential care givers
